On Sunday night we hosted Charlotte Druckman in celebration of her new book Skirt Steak and it was a blast! Great food shared around the table with enthusiastic and fun people. It was super cool sharing the cooking duties, and getting to know, Melissa Nyffeler from Dinette. She’s rad, and her tomato tonnato was amazing! We are both thrilled to be in Charlotte’s book.
A portion of the proceeds from the evening will be donated to Wellspring Family Services in support of their Children’s Programs. To learn more or to make a donation, visit the Wellspring website.
